- Some hints and tips on how to get great photographs.
- All about photographic composition.
- How to manipulate their images using a simple photo processing programme.
- How to present their photographs as exciting multimedia shows using a free to download package.
Part of the morning will be taken up with photography in the school environment. We ask that an additional member of staff or parent is available to help supervise this.
They will also be made aware that artistic opportunities exist in all environments and that pictures are more than just a record of something they see and can be an exciting way to express their artistic abilities.
The images will be brought back into school and downloaded onto laptops where the children will enhance and manipulate their images using a very accessible photo imaging package.
During the afternoon the children will be shown how to present their work via a package called Photo Story through which they can produce an exciting and unique presentation of their work will added titles, commentaries and music.
You will be left with a CD of the presentations and we retain copies of them at our office.
